• When is 24-Hour Banker Online available?

  24-Hour Banker Online is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week — whatever time is most convenient for you! However, the system is taken off-line for routine maintenance from 10:00 p.m. MT Sunday until 1:00 a.m. MT Monday. The Credit Limit Increase feature for our credit cards is also not available from 6:00 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. MT daily.

• What are your customer service hours for online banking?

  An Online Representative is available to assist you Monday through Friday 7:15 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. and Saturday 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. MT.

• What services are available with 24-Hour Banker Online?

• How much does 24-Hour Banker Online cost?

  Online Billpay is free for Premium Checking, 50 Checking Plus, Premium Select Checking and Total Banking. It is also free for Free Checking Customers if they sign-up for eStatements, without eStatements it is $4.95 per month.

• Can I have more than one account enrolled in 24-Hour Banker Online?

  Yes. You can access all of your First National Bank accounts online. Once you have enrolled one account, you can add additional accounts using the Add Accounts feature in the Update Info section. Then you will be able to use the same User ID and Password to view information about all of your accounts.

• How current is the information I can view with 24-Hour Banker Online?

  Using the Account Summary feature of 24-Hour Banker Online will give you the most current balance available, including any recent transactions/purchases.

• What if I forget my User ID?

  Just select "Forgot User ID" from the logon page. You will then be prompted to re-enroll your account. You may also Contact Us, 7:15 a.m. - 8:00 p.m. MT Monday - Friday and 9:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. MT Saturday.

• What if I forget my Password?

  Just select "Forgot Password" from the logon page. We will then prompt you to verify the information you supplied at the time of enrollment. After you verify your identity, the system will automatically prompt you to choose a new permanent password. You may also Contact Us, 7:15 a.m. - 8:00 p.m. MT Monday - Friday and 9:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. MT Saturday.

• If I share an account with someone else, do we both need to enroll or can we share a 24-Hour Banker Online account?

  For your security purposes, every 24-Hour Banker Online customer should have a unique User ID.
