24-Hour Banker Online is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week — whatever time is most convenient for you! However, the system is taken off-line for routine maintenance from 10:00 p.m. MT Sunday until 1:00 a.m. MT Monday. The Credit Limit Increase feature for our credit cards is also not available from 6:00 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. MT daily.
An Online Representative is available to assist you Monday through Friday 7:15 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. and Saturday 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. MT.

Online Billpay is free for Premium Checking, 50 Checking Plus, Premium Select Checking and Total Banking. It is also free for Free Checking Customers if they sign-up for eStatements, without eStatements it is $4.95 per month.
Yes. You can access all of your First National Bank accounts online. Once you have enrolled one account, you can add additional accounts using the Add Accounts feature in the Update Info section. Then you will be able to use the same User ID and Password to view information about all of your accounts.
Using the Account Summary feature of 24-Hour Banker Online will give you the most current balance available, including any recent transactions/purchases.
Just select "Forgot User ID" from the logon page. You will then be prompted to re-enroll your account. You may also Contact Us, 7:15 a.m. - 8:00 p.m. MT Monday - Friday and 9:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. MT Saturday.

After you verify your identity, the system will automatically prompt you to choose a new permanent password.
